Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, SPIDELINK LTD does not own or operate aircraft, transport fleets, customs facilities or warehouses used to perform third-party logistics services.

All quotations are subject to confirmation of product availability, shipment details, carrier capacity, route availability and applicable third-party terms.

Transit times, supplier lead times and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding goods, specifications, quantities, shipment dimensions, weights, dangerous goods status and regulatory requirements.

Additional charges may apply where shipment information changes or where customs, storage, inspection, airline, security or other third-party charges arise.

SPIDELINK LTD may decline any procurement or freight request where the product, shipment, destination or regulatory requirements cannot reasonably be supported.
