Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11 September 2026

These Terms apply to the use of the SPIDELINK LTD website and to enquiries submitted through the website.

SPIDELINK LTD provides business-to-business procurement, sourcing and air freight coordination services.

1. Business Customers

Our services are primarily intended for commercial and business customers. Submitting an enquiry, RFQ or shipment request through our website does not create a binding contract.

2. Quotations

All quotations are subject to availability, supplier confirmation, freight capacity, final shipment details, applicable taxes, duties and charges, and relevant supplier, carrier and service-provider terms. A quotation becomes binding only when confirmed by SPIDELINK LTD in writing and any required commercial conditions have been agreed.

3. Procurement Services

Where we provide procurement or sourcing support, we may obtain products from manufacturers, distributors, authorised suppliers or other commercial sources. Product availability, lead times, specifications and manufacturer warranties may be subject to third-party supplier terms. Customers are responsible for reviewing quotations, specifications and commercial details before confirming an order.

4. Air Freight Services

SPIDELINK LTD may coordinate air freight using independent airlines, freight forwarders, couriers, handling agents and other logistics partners. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, SPIDELINK LTD does not operate aircraft, airports, customs facilities or transport fleets. Transport services may therefore be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant carrier, forwarder or logistics provider.

5. Shipment Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information including commodity description, number of packages, weight and dimensions, collection and delivery details, dangerous goods status, commercial invoice and packing information, and any necessary permits or regulatory documents. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional charges, delays or refusal of carriage.

6. Dangerous or Restricted Goods

Customers must clearly disclose if goods may be classified as dangerous, restricted, controlled or subject to special transport requirements. We reserve the right to decline any shipment or procurement request.

7. Delivery and Transit Times

Any collection, delivery or transit time provided is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may occur due to airlines, customs authorities, weather, security, suppliers, regulatory authorities or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Unless specifically included in a written quotation, customs duties, import taxes, storage, inspection charges and other government or destination charges are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party suppliers and logistics providers. We are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third parties beyond the extent required by applicable law and any specific contractual commitments agreed in writing.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded. Subject to applicable law and any written agreement, SPIDELINK LTD will not be responsible for indirect or consequential business losses arising from use of the website or reliance on preliminary quotations or estimates. Specific commercial transactions may be governed by separate quotation terms, purchase terms, freight terms or contracts.

11. Website Information

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete or error-free. Website content is provided for general business information and does not constitute a guaranteed service commitment.

12. Intellectual Property

The SPIDELINK name, branding, website design, text and other original website content belong to SPIDELINK LTD unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless otherwise agreed in writing.
